 Maybe the smallest BBQ stand in Lexington, NC but don't let that fool you. It is a little slice of heaven for locals. Best of luck finding a parking space during lunch or dinner. They are so well known for their Slaw, Pimento Cheese, BBQ Chicken Salad etc. "Trimmings" they have to make them on Mondays when they are actually closed to keep up with demand. They supply several businesses (not just in Lexington) with their "Trimmings" to sell because they are just that good!!! By the way, the staff here are as good as you will find anywhere. You are treated like family from the time you walk in the door.
