Blowin Smoke BBQ Sauce
He makes two different kinds. The Original BBQ Sauce is thick, Sweet & Smokey. The Eastern NC Style (Locally called Dip) is a Vinegar based sauce. Either way you can't go wrong. I used the dip on a Boston Butt Pork Shoulder this week, and the Original Sauce on BBQ Pork Ribs the next day. I can tell you this, there were no left overs............Serious "Old School" flavor friends. Now you can order it here at the bottom of this page.
