 It is not Hot sauce. Family members kept asking him when he was going to bottle the sauce for sale. They joked he was just Blowin Smoke about ever doing it. He makes two different kinds. The Original BBQ Sauce is thick, Sweet & Smokey Spicy. The Eastern NC Style (Locally called Dip) is a Vinegar based sauce. Either way you can't go wrong. Serious "Old School" flavor friends.     New product with Classic NC Flavor. Use this sauce (locally called dip) to accent Beef, Pork, Chicken. 16oz bottle. (Please e-mail for bulk orders, and combined shipping). Available in One Gallon size too.

     Classic Tip: Put your fresh off the grill food on a big piece of tin foil, pour a big cup full of this dip over it, then wrap it up to steam, until ready to serve. That is how you do it!
